Hi, 
I neeed to extract the information of anterior cingulate area from set of T1 images. I have run fslvbm on the data and got the registered to MNI and segmented brain. I also tried to register Harvard cortical mask to the images but I couldn't register them to MNI!
That would greta if you give me some hints or suggestions!
