This is a great idea! There has already been a lot of interest and good example questions in a short period of time. One thing to note is that StackExchange supports login with Google, Facebook, and other account providers so there may be no need to create a new account.

Just click the 'follow' button if you are interested. The site will send an email when it hits defined milestones to move to the next stage - 60 and 200 users - but otherwise, all interaction is web-based to allow voting, commenting, and question refinement for quality answers.
