brodmann areas brain atlas
Halleh,
Freesurfer generates labels for some of the Brodmann areas in its
default output. See:
https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswik...
and
https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/ftp/a...
This was done based on histology work performed by Katrin Amunts and
Karl Zilles. Freesurfer's cortical surface registration technique is
fold-based, and some BA's align nicely with folds better than others.
The generated labels include this probability info.
