Many appologies for not replying earlier. It seems I got un-suscribed from the email notifications in the forum.


Wrt your question, if you are using the SBuild option, ITK,VTK and all other libraries necessary to run SPHARM should be installed and compiled automatically when compiling. If you are not using SBuild, yes, you have to download and compile them yourself.
