Automated Segmentation and Volume Calculation
Dear All,
My name is Ron, I'm a medical student at TCMC in Scranton, PA and I am currently conducting research at WashU in St. Louis on glioblastoma Multiforme. I am searching for an automated (or semi-automated) volume calculation tool. I have found that 3D Slicer has an excellent semi-automated segmentation tool that allows me to segment the regions that I want. Does anyone know how to get 3D Slicer to provide me with a volume of this segmentation?
Any info or advice is appreciated!
Ron
