Hi Chad,
there is some information about the sequence in the release table http://www.nitrc.org/docman/view.php/296/719/fcon_1000_ReleaseTable_4_6_12.xls
Other than that, we have no information about the sequence available. I will ask one of the involved researchers to come here and leave more information.
All subjects in the original fcon_1000 dataset were normal controls (except for the NYU_ADHD dataset).
