You can use tractshredder to separate bunches of streamlines - but you have to do this right after the track stage because then you know how many tracts there are per seed point (assuming one principal direction per voxel). After procstreamlines has been run it's not so easy since some lines may have been discarded, but you could write something to read in each tract and check it's seed point.
