Hi there--
The matter of controls vs. subjects can be determined by looking at the
phenotypic data provided in the assessment that is also available for
download with the ABIDE data. **The phenotypic data is a different file
that must be downloaded separately**, either at the COINS site (under
Assessments rather than scan series) or any of the other ABIDE sites. The
information about what the different phenotypic data mean can be found at
http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...

where it says Phenotypic Data Legend).
