[How to perform correlation analysis ?]
Hello,
I have a question for performing correlation analysis in SPHARM-PDM.
I already successed both making spharm models and testing group difference for my data.
Data is consisted of hippocampal objects for epilepsy patients (n=30) and healthy controls (n=30).
What I want to do is to analyze correlation between the patients' shapes and clinical features, such as duration of epilepsy, febrile seizure, etc.
Can anybody help me to perform this?
