but i didnt get one point clearly. you siad that in most cases (like my case, that i have TR 2200 ms) you think that there is no difference between running slice timing correction before or after running pestica. Actually in my case i mixed moco with -tshift option and then i executed pestica. Do you think its fine? or it better to do moco, then pestica and then slice timing correction?
