RE: Undefined function 'cfg_get_defaults'
Ha, now I see the problems:
1. PRoNTo and SPM8 should be saved in separate directories.
Out of habit and for ease of use I usually put them in some place called, e.g. 'D:\MatlabTools\PRoNTo' and 'D:\MatlabTools\SPM8'. Both should be added to matlab path.
2. SPM updates must be dezipped in the *same* directory as SPM distribution, i.e. updated functions should be overwriting older ones. As far as I can see, you have in your path the spm8_updates directory somewhere above the spm8 distribution. This will NOT work.
Please see http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/softwar... for information and details on how to install SPM8 and its updates.
From there, hopefully both PRoNTo and SPM9 should work. :-)
Best,
Chris
