The example data provided is just data to test shape differences using our shape analysis tools. A and B both have different morphological features.
Because the example data is not provided to draw scientific conclusions, we prefer not to give any clinical information about them. I hope you will kindly understand.


There are a lot of public datasets that you could download to see if you can test scientific differences: AFNI, pediatric NIH dataset, etc...
