extracting adjusted contrast using REX
Hello,
I am not sure whether this forum is still active. If so, I hope I can get some help.
We are using REX to extract ROI signals from a second level group level analysis. In the analysis, we used single subject's contrast images as input, and we added multiple regressors to the model. After the model was complete, we used REX to extract from SPM.mat to get mean signal values in each ROI for all subjects. The current REX only extracts the values from the input contrast maps, rather then the values that are adjusted by the regressors in the model. Is there any way to use REX to extracted the model ADJUSTED mean ROI values using REX?
Thank you,
Hong
