RS is the abbv. of Resting State! Initially, it includes three sub-toolboxes: BASH-rs-fcMRI, BASH-rs-fALFF and BASH-rs-pICA. They are just bash scripts by using AFNI/FSL for exploring resting state functional MRI data. They could speed your research based on rs-fMRI.
