Notes:
New version of PESTICA that works much more seamlessly with AFNI
and with AFNI-BRIK and NIFTI .nii and .nii.gz files. This is the
recommended version. Four shell scripts that work with matlab (you
must have matlab) and AFNI utilities (you must also have the AFNI
matlab utilities you can get from the AFNI page) are all you need.
Changes:
Added support for afni_matlab toolbox and AFNI BRIK format and
NIFTI nii and nii.gz formats.
