I have now considered the fact that SurfStat toolbox performs a one-sided test-based RFT correction for multiple comparisons. I have then modified the functions RFT, RFT_FDR_Opt, RFT_FDR and fdr_two_stage to made that fact explicit and to engage well with the Fresurfer visualizations tools (tksurfer).
