Notes:
This is the first release of PESTICA estimators validated for a
particular FCP Classic dataset. My goal is to provide
estimators for a large portion of the FCP classic and INDI
datasets, but this will have to wait. For now, I will release a few
datasets that I was able to work through.
As it happens, this is also the first release of PESTICA estimators
working on spiral EPI data! Cardiac estimation success=100%
and respiratory estimation success=94% (16/17). One other FCP
classic dataset that is spiral EPI (the Ontario dataset) had a much
lower rate of success (27% for respiration and 45% for cardiac),
and I am exploring making a template from this spiral data and
applying it to the Ontario data.
