Notes:
The package contains standalone version of the 3d Brain Atlas
Reconstruction software:
- API for CAF datasets manipulation,
- set of parsers allowing to create CAF datasets from existing
brain atlasses,
- tools for performing reconstruction of the brain structures from
CAF datasets (both in interactive and batch mode).
