Preprocessing steps:
- all the data for transformed to the same orientation (RPI)
- slice timing correction
- motion correction
- normalized to MNI space (Boundary based registration (BBreg)
from functional to Anatomical space and nonlinear registration from
anatomical space to MNI space.)
