Notes:
Introduction
This is for IBSR V2.0, the 1.5mm data distribution. Eighteen
subjects are currently available.
For each subject there is:
- T1-weighted volumetric images that have been 'positionally
normalized' into the Talairach orientation (rotation only).
Also note that these data have been processed by the CMA 'autoseg'
biasfield correction routines; unbias-field-corrected is also
available.
- Segmentation results for 'general segmentation' of 43
individually labeled principle gray and white matter structures of
the brain.
