Changes:
1) changed the interface for corrective learning to be more
consistent with jointfusion
2) fixed the label posterior normalization problem in jointfusion
3) allow multi-modality images or custom designed feature images to
be used
4) provide a case study that applies the software to segment the
MICCAI 2012 multi-atlas labeling challenge data
