Notes:
Most improvement allows DTIAtlasBuilder to work better as a Slicer4
extension and allows easier compilation of the project.
General improvements:
-Update versions of ANTs
-Updated niral_utilities version so that CropDTI handles image
origin and orientation correctly
-DTIAtlasBuilder now builds DTI-reg1.1.3 which allows to use the
histogram match option with ANTs
-When saving a configuration file, unu path was saved instead of
MriWatcher
-Version number is handled differently in source code. Same value
is showed in the window title, the help menu, and with '--help' in
command line
