This update contains:
1) Stages 1-3: minor bug fixes
2) Stage 4: 
                a) minor bugfixes, including a bug that gave incorrect betas when doing repeated measures
                b) addition of F-tests across multiple predictors (particularly useful for categorical predictors)
                c) addition of calpability for more than 2 within-participant levels
