Notes:
Oasis cross-sectional dataset preproccessed as follows:
- Dimensions swapping (technically required for subsequent steps)
- Brain extraction (skull striping)
- Segmentation and normalization to MNI template with SPM8 (standard procedure)
- Replacement of Nan values with 0 in gray/white matter density probability maps.
All 416 subjects are available as a result. External variates have been included in the archive as a CSV file that is a copy of the original CSV file that can be found on Oasis website (http://www.oasis-brains.org/)
