Notes:
Oasis cross-sectional dataset preproccessed as follows:
- Dimensions swapping (technically required for subsequent steps)
- Brain extraction (skull striping)
- Segmentation with SPM8
- Normalization with DARTEL algorithm
- Replacement of Nan values with 0 in gray/white matter density
probability maps.
- Resampling of the images to make their shape correspond to that
of the images in the non-DARTEL archive
- Replacement of values > 1e-4 with zeros to reduce the size of
the .nii.gz files
All 416 subjects are available as a result. External variates have
been included in the archive as a CSV file that is a copy of the
original CSV file that can be found on Oasis website (http://www.oasis-brains.org/)
