Changes:
Difference between V1.0 and V1.1 is that several double files for
the mp2rage slab and whole brain were removed.
Difference between V1.1 and V1.2 is that the skull strip
pre-processing step has been removed. All files have now been
anonymised following the procedure described in Hanke et al.
(2014).
