bval and bvec files are updated so that they are the length of a
single run (34 volumes) instead of the 4 runs combined (136
volumes).
Each DWI volume is based on:
vol1= B0
Vol2-33= the 32 dwi directions
Vol 34= the weighted average of the 32 directions (sometimes called
an isotropic-weighted scan)
