Notes:
This package includes all of the files necessary to work all of the
workflow examples in the manual accompanying "Using Make for Reproducible and Parallel
Neuroimaging Workflow and Quality-Assurance", Front. Neuroinform., 02 February 2016. This manual can also
be found in the documentation accompanying this project.
Most of these examples assume that you have FSL, FreeSurfer, and
possibly AFNI installed. If additional software is required, it
will be noted in the corresponding chapter describing the
example.
