There is separate access to Simulated Data:
The majority of images available below are simple test images that can be used in the initial stages of testing segmentation methods. An MRI simulator and simulated brain data sets are available from the McConnell Brain Imaging Centre at the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital: BrainWeb: Simulated Brain Database

As well as Real Data:
Which include 20 older, lower resolution data sets and 18 hi-res scans with individually segmented structures.
