Notes:
Function MMroots has been modified to include up to 146 roots for
spherical restriction. For accurate signal computation in spherical
restriction, a larger number of roots (~100) compared the default
dimA = 20 needs to be used. This can be specified when defining the
protocol as protocol.dimA or by modifying the default value in the
MMConstants function.
