Notes:
- Fixed some minor inconvenient assumptions of the toolbox
Changes:
- in fit_r2r_prf.m, mean timecourses are now calculated using
nanmean instead of mean
- in r2r_prf.m, predicted timecourses are now added to
secondary_output for consistency and also to remove implicit
assumption that all subjects have the same number of timepoints.
