1. What's improved
Package the common tools of Spherical U-Net project and upload it
to PyPI.
Clean code using the package directly installed by pip.
More convenient to use with detailed terminal command
instructions.
2. What's new
Provide a new command for resampling original spherical cortical
surfaces with different vertex numbers and faces into standard
icosahedron discretized spheres.
Now support parcellation of the original spherical cortical
surfaces.
Now support switch between CPU and GPU using terminal commands.

Update some absolute paths to relative paths.
Fix the device error when run on machines without GPUs.
