Notes:
This is a general release which includes some new features and many
bug fixes
[new] - backup module. Backups can be controlled through the
website directly and run via a module in the background
[new] - switch from Semantic UI to Fomantic UI, and fomantic is the
new fork of semantic
[new] - performance metrics
[new] - make it optional to attempt to read phase encoding. Not
attempting to read phase encoding will significantly increase the
archiving speed. This is especially useful when archiving
historical datasets or non-mosaic images
