* Added "Up/Down" buttons to allow the reordering of keyword lists.
* Added expanded editing capabilities for conditions:
1. Added "Up/Down" buttons for stimulus, response and instructions
so that time-dependent features of a condition may now be more
efficiently coded.
2. Existing stimulus, response, and instructions can now be edited
by double-clicking; the existing dialog will be populated to
allow for corrections and/or changes.
3. To prevent missed or skipped fields, the condition dialog
will not close unless there is at least one stimulus, response
and instruction selected.
* A "Save as Defaults" button in the submitter panel saves the current
submitter data when the button is clicked, thus eliminating the need
to retype the submitter's data for every subsequent submission.
* Added "Check for Updates" menu item to check for the latest released
version.
Bug Fixes:
* Bug fixed where deleting or renaming a condition, session, or subject
group would not reflect the same change in the experiment dialog.
