Notes:

Release Name: FC_NIRS_V3.1

Notes:

In the new version, we have fixed several known bugs and added some new features. The details are as follows:

  1. In the FC module, a new functional connectivity analysis module based on seed points has been added.
  2. The issue that the signal-to-noise ratio could not be displayed correctly when the spectrum was not detected has been fixed.
  3. The problem that, when selecting the output path in the brain network calculation module, it was unable to jump to the input path by default as the priority has been fixed.
  4. Fixed the occasional sudden crash issue that occurred when removing global noise.

In addition, there are several issues that may cause the software to crash suddenly. The reasons and repair solutions are as follows:
      1. If your computer uses an AMD chip, the software may crash suddenly when you use it to remove global noise and calculate functional connectivity. This is because AMD chips are incompatible with Matlab matrix operations. Solution: Go to Computer Properties -> Advanced System Settings -> Environment Variables -> System Variables -> Create a new variable named MKL_DEBUG_CPU_TYPE, set its value to 5, and then save the settings.
      2. If the software crashes suddenly during the third - step FC calculation, it may be because the system permissions required for saving pictures in this step are blocked. You can try to re - run the software as an administrator and then retry.
