Notes:
This release contains the 9 phantoms that were used in my 2009
NeuroImage paper on the NFG software, "Close, T. G. Tournier, J-D.
Calamante, F. Johnston, L. A. Mareels, I and Connelly, A. 2009. 'A
software tool to generate simulated white matter structures for the
assessment of fibre-tracking algorithms'. NeuroImage, 47,
p1288-1300.".
Phantoms A to D are generated with the default parameters and
correspond to phantoms 01 to 04 in the Pre-Generated Phantoms
package. However, phantoms E to I are generated with various
parameters to demonstrate the range of characteristics that can be
produced by the software.
