[Brains-users] folder structure and permissions

hi,

we recently installed the cygwin version of brains2. while working 
with the program we got error messages referring to non-existing 
folders (like 10_ACPC or so). We created the missing folders manually 
but it want work either. Is there a simple way to create a folder 
structure that would work correctly with brains2?
