[Brains-users] folder structure and permissions

Our folder structure looks like this,
single_MR_folder\10_ACPC\$user
single_MR_folder\T1_folder
single_MR_folder\T1_folder\$user
single_MR_folder\T2_folder
single_MR_folder\PDT2_folder
(We don't use the word folder though, usually series #)
The contents of the T1, T2, and PDT2 folders are the images from that MR
series.
single_MR_folder = unique identifier for that MR session, is treated
internally as a string.
$user = folder where this tracer's ROIs and data will be stored.
The user should have write permission on each layer in this structure,
except other user's
roi folders. The images should also be tagged as read only.
Some of the automated features in our "Standard Workup" section will try
to guess which
folder contains the T1, T2, or PDT2 image set. When the GUI pops up
with the fields for
specifying where these are, it will contain a single "." if the program
failed to find a match.
Many such functions will fail if you attempt to run them without filling
in the field.
If this information is insufficient, please reply with a verbatim copy
of the brains2 error,
and the full output from brains2.
