Hello,
I am running Brains2 via Cygwin on my Windows XP System and keep experiencing the same error. I have managed to create a file system as similar as possible to your descriptions. The standard directory 10_ACPC can also be created, which I had trouble with for some time. So now I guess the system should, in theory at least, be compatible enough to try and choose the Run Air option, which I have tried with the aforementioned error response. First of all, all but one of the files are automatically picked, but whatever I enter into the empty field, the response is the same. After choosing "Run" it reads: Error:couldn't execute "/tmp/Testrun2_fit.csh":no such file or directory, and after choosing "Save" it reads: Error:can't read "env(SHELL)":no such variable. Please note that the term Testrun2 is the name of the folder in which I have placed the T1, T2 and 10_ACPC directories. When I checked, I found that the missing directory /tmp does in fact exist, as does the file /Testrun2_fit.csh. I tried and copied that folder to numerous places, but the error keeps occuring.
Please consider that I am far from being a Linux-crack of any kind, as a matter of fact installing Cygwin and Brains2 is the first time for me I actually get to work with Linux.
So, if you could offer some assistence and help me solve the problem, I would be most gratuitous.
Thank you in advance for your time,
Kevin Berne
