[Brains-users] fit t1 and t2 image

Hi there,
When running the air sequence to fit the t1 and t2 images - once all is complete and I have responded to the Fit QA dialog box; when going to save the t2 and pd images the program is saving them as  
...../99000313_10_T2.hdr and 
...../99000313_10_PD.hdr

I was expecting them to be named
...../99000313_10_T2_fit.hdr
...../99000313_10_PD_fit.hdr

This problem occurs on the version brains2_RedHatEnterpriseWS4_20060308 and the brains2_RedHatEnterpriseWS4_20060313 version download from the semistable release platform, but not the version of brains2_RedHatEnterpriseWS4_20060110.

Is it something I have done in my download or something else?
