[Brains-users] fit t1 and t2 image

Hello,

I wanted to know that while running the air sequence or the segmentation
procedure do we need to have T2 images ? Is there any way I can run these
protocols only with t1 images ?

The reason behind asking this was since I had only t1 images data.
