[Brains-users] t1 images

Hello,

I wanted to know that can we perform roi tracing for hippocampus with just
t1 images. I encountered this problem since brains2 asks me to load t2
images/ pd images while running the air sequence/segmentation procedure?  Do
we need these for running the different protocols ?
Is there any way I can run these protocols only with t1 images ?

The reason behind asking this was since I have only t1 images data. Also, is
there any way to have a better contrast since after I load the t1 image in
brains2 I am not getting a good contrast however if I load the image in any
other software like MRIcro it is perfectly fine. I was wondering this since
it would be better for ROI tracing.
