[Brains-users] Brains2 Installation

Hi,

I just installed cygwin on my laptop and have linux in my lab. I am still in
the learning phase for linux and don't know much about it.

I wanted to install brains2 software either on cygwin environment or Red
Hat however unfortunately havent been able to do so. I have downloaded the
correct versions for both of them. For linux or for cygwin,

After extracting the file which file to I run for setup ?

Please can someone help me doing the same.
