Roberto,
	Brains2 uses proximity (distance) from the mouse pointer to the roi
to guess where you wanted the selected X to be.  For a small roi, you will
probably have the best chance of getting the X's to land where you expect them,
if you position the pointer slightly outside of the roi.  A somewhat related,
and known, issue is that click-hold tracing defines far more points than
click-move-click tracing.  The benefit of click-hold is finer control of the
section to edit, since there are more points in the roi.  Worst-case roi for
the editting system is one which only contains 3 points, but similarly small
numbers of defined points can lead to selecting odd chunks when editting.
