[Brains-users] cerebellum mask

Hi folks,

I am attaching screenshots of a funny mask I got with the cerebellum 
neural net. Any idea of what could be causing this? The images have been 
acquired in the Siemens 3T with the usual protocol and the segmented 
image has been generated from field bias corrected images and it is of a 
good quality. I am running brains2 01102006 release for Red Hat 4 
Enterprise.

Any input about this will be much appreciated.
