[Brains-users] cerebellum mask

Looks like the cerebellum parameters are off. Did you possibly use the
Talairach bounds instead? It uses the bounds as a frame of reference for
where it expects to find the cerebellum, so it will create something
whereever your tell it to expect a cerebellum (based on the bounds given
to it).
