[Brains-users] Resample T2

Hello,
When saving the T2 resample file, I am unable to locate the initAir filter from the filter list. There is an AIR filter which I used instead, but received the following error when running the fit for T1 and T2.

"/scratch/hjohnson/src/brains2/src/iplProg/progs-AIR5/b2alignlinear/do_b2alignlinear.cpp: 692: The initializa tion file /data/mri/pd21/10_ACPC/T2_ACPC.init provided more than the expected 6 parameters
The initialization file contained invalid data. (AIR_READ_INIT_FILE_ERROR)"

We are currently running the stable release version of 20060313 for Redhat.
