It really does need the init format for an initialization file, and it is
very odd that the option is not available for an output filter on that
version. If you have an init file from a similar scan (same slices and
dimensions) give that a try. It only needs a rough initialization to get
started correctly, and often doesn't need any initialization. You could try
that too.

Subject: [Brains-users] Resample T2

Hello,
When saving the T2 resample file, I am unable to locate the initAir filter
from the filter list. There is an AIR filter which I used instead, but
received the following error when running the fit for T1 and T2.

"/scratch/hjohnson/src/brains2/src/iplProg/progs-AIR5/b2alignlinear/do_b2ali
gnlinear.cpp: 692: The initializa tion file
/data/mri/pd21/10_ACPC/T2_ACPC.init provided more than the expected 6
parameters
The initialization file contained invalid data. (AIR_READ_INIT_FILE_ERROR)"

We are currently running the stable release version of 20060313 for Redhat.

Many thanks for your assisstance
