[Brains-users] segmentation2

Dear brains users,

I've requested help to get good segmentation today. I added dicom images
to same mail to get recommendations for our acquisition. To improve my gm
and wm kappa values, what can I do? Please find 3 images (T1, T2 and PD)
attached this mail.
