[Brains-users] How to convert a mask file to analyze file format

On the toolbar, under convert, there is an option to convert mask to
image. This creates a code image with 1's inside the mask and 0's
outside it. The command "b2 sum masks {m1}" does the same thing, and
you can add more masks to the list for other purposes. The mask number
is harder to find out for certain, but they go in order of being created
or loaded. This example is for the first mask created or loaded.
Not sure what you dynamic PET images look like, but you can do some in
brains2. We usually port to other packages right now for PET analysis.
